Dinamai Superocean Heritage Ocean Conservancy

Ini bukan pertama kalinya Breitling merilis diver chronograph edisi terbatas untuk menyoroti sebuah kolaborasi yang berfokus dalam membantu membersihkan lautan yang tercemar. Brand tersebut bahkan melaksanakan aksi bersih-bersih pantai Mertasari, Sanur, Bali yang turut didukung oleh pemerintah daerah setempat dan tentunya dengan “Breitling Surfers Squad” serta Ocean Conservancy, untuk meluncurkan jam tangan Superocean Heritage Ocean Conservancy yang baru. Melalui aksi tersebut, Kelly Slater, Sally Fitzgibbons, Stephanie Gilmore, dan seluruh partisipan berhasil mengeluarkan lebih dari 600 kilogram sampah dan plastik dari pantai.

Sama seperti jam Superocean Heritage II yang baru-baru ini berkolaborasi dengan surfing-style sustainable clothing Outerknown, jam tangan kolaborasi dengan Ocean Conservancy ini menggunakan tali yang terbuat dari bahan nilon daur ulang yang ramah lingkungan. Bahan "ECONYL" dari tali jam ini sebagian dibuat dari jaring ikan yang didaur ulang dari lautan di seluruh dunia.

Jam ini juga membawa spesifikasi serupa dengan versi Outerknown dengan diameter 44mm dan movement chronograph otomatis Breitling Caliber 13 bersertifikasi COSC, dan water resistance sampai 200 meter. Breitling Superocean Heritage Ocean Conservancy dirilis terbatas sebanyak 1.000 pieces.

Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Selfwinding Perpetual Calendar Ultra-Thin

Although Audemars Piguet’s iconic Royal Oak collection is known for ushering in the category of sports luxe watches, this particular Royal Oak leans towards the dressy end of the spectrum with a perpetual calendar complication and a height of 6.3mm (3.2mm thinner than a regular Royal Oak Perpetual Calendar). At the same time, it has done away with the line’s signature Grande Tapisserie motif—a sensible move, considering the many sub-dials required for the perpetual calendar display.

Jaeger Le-Coultre Master Ultra Thin Moon Enamel

This year, Jaeger-LeCoultre unveiled three new models in its Master Ultra Thin line and we’re absolutely lusting after this version. Limited to just 100 pieces, the Master Ultra Thin Moon Enamel is both elegant and contemporary with its beautiful hand-guilloché blue enamel dial serving as backdrop to a redesigned moonphase setting. Armed with a 70-hour power reserve, thanks to the Calibre 925, this captivating ticker measures 10.04mm in height. It’s not the thinnest among the ultra-thin models we’re featuring here but it certainly is one of the most stunning.

No ultra-thin list would be complete without a hat doff to Piaget, the brand that kickstarted the whole ultra-thin movement in 1957 with the Calibre 9P at a height of just 2mm. Since then, the Piaget Altiplano range has been the flagbearer of the Manufacture’s ultra-thin endeavours. This pink gold version couples refinement with watchmaking know-how, powered by the ultra-thin self-winding Calibre 1203P. At just 3mm thin, it’ll feel like you’re not even wearing anything on your wrist.

Vacheron Constantin Overseas Perpetual Calendar Ultra-Thin

While the Overseas collection was designed with the jetsetter in mind, this ultra-thin perpetual calendar looks good whether you’re at home or abroad. Available in two versions—pink gold with blue or silver dial—the watch is infused with the Manufacture’s DNA, right down to the Maltese Cross insignia represented in the six-sided bezel. We love this version with the silver dial and pink gold bracelet for its understated elegance and versatility that will take you easily from day to night.
